Reservation has to be picked-up latest 1 hour before the start of the performance (this does not refer to children performances), unclaimed reservations will be taken back to retail.
Opening hours
Mo – Fr 5pm - 8pm and one hour before the start of the performance (on weekend and holiday) and on the day of the beginning of the advanced ticket sale for the upcoming month (i. e. on the 15th in a month, Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays included)
Opening hours during summer
The foresale for the next season starts on August 15th (5pm–8pm).
The ticket office is closed between August 16th–24th.
The foresale continues from August 25th–29th (3pm–9pm).
Tanec Praha office 10:00–15:00.
Advance ticket sale
starts on the 15th day of the previous month (including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
Waiting list
All interested persons who didn't have the opportunity to make a reservation due to the capacity reasons can call to the box office at the day of the performance and enroll in a waiting list. Unclaimed reservations will be sold to interested persons in accordance with the waiting list order. If a spectator is enrolled in the list, but doesn't come latest 45 minutes before that start of the performance, his claim for the priority purchase of a loosed ticket ceases to exist. (Does not apply for the Relax, please.)
Barrier free entry
Ponec is a barrier free theatre. The entry for wheelchairbounds is 120 CZK, the entry for attendance is for free. We recommend to contact theatre box office or production before you come to the theatre so that we can provide you a smooth access to your place.
Offer for physically handicapped people
800 141 756 is a number of line, where physically disabled people can order a transportation service to the theatre and back home. The price for ZTP and ZTP/P holders with permanent residency in Prague is 5 CZK/ per kilometer (plus DPH). In other cases see the private price list of Societa. More on www.societa.cz

Tickets can be also bought at Celetná theatre ticket office (does not include the tickets for the show Relax, please and for the performances held within TANEC PRAHA Festiaval) and in TICKETPRO and TICKETSTREAM networks. We also recommend a well-timed coming to the theatre. After the start of a performance NOBODY (and not even the owner of a valid ticket) can be let in the auditorium. Thank you for understanding.
